Cefic Policy on Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Initiative

Following the conclusion of the trialogue negotiations on the EU Ecodesign for Sustainable Product Regulation (ESPR), Cefic has published its views on how the newly introduced term of “substances of concern” under ESPR  could impact all chemicals and product safety laws and how this Regulation could be effectively implemented.
