Brussels, 29th January – In a joint statement launched today, Cefic, with six other business associations, have called for the revision of the EU Regulation on Dual-Use Export Controls, overseeing the international movement of dual-use items. They call for a greater balance between security issues and unnecessary restrictions which may cause a competitive disadvantage for European industry. Read the joint statement.
