Antwerp Dialogue on Quality Jobs

May 15th 2024
Brussels

Following the publication of the Antwerp Declaration which has gained the support of over 1,100 organisations in calling for a European Industrial Deal, Antwerp Dialogues intend to dive deeper into the content. By bringing together different perspectives with the same key interest, these dialogues aim to create a better understanding of some key issues faced by Europe. Each dialogue will result in conclusions to support the new cycle of EU leaders as they develop Europe’s future policies.

Organised in cooperation with industriAll , this dialogue aims to examine how Europe can ensure quality industrial jobs in Europe, specifically:

  • How can we ensure a just transition for our industries and workforce?
  • What is needed to effectively develop a re-skilling and up-skilling agenda?
  • How can social dialogue and social partners play a more active role in EU decision making?
  • How can Europe ensure a stable and coherent regulatory environment for our industries?

Conclusions will be made publicly available. Attendance is limited and on an invitation-only basis. If you have a key interest in this topic, please contact hki@cefic.be.
