How can INCITE support innovation in the chemical industry?

Innovation in the European chemical industry is a key success factor for competitiveness, and for sustainable development.

The European INnovation Centre for Industrial Transformation and Emissions (INCITE) aims to accelerate the uptake of innovative technologies needed to reach climate, circularity, resource efficiency and zero pollution ambitions while contributing to a more competitive industry in Europe.

INCITE is operated by the Joint Research Centre (JRC) of the European Commission, in close collaboration with Directorate General of Environment (DG ENV) and with support from other Commission Directorates-General.
