Nicolai Romanowski, Cefic Senior Energy Manager will speak at the 11 AM panel on November 5 focusing on: Government action to support industrial buyers & PPAs (Germany and Italy): How are EU Member States helping industrial buyers secure affordable renewable electricity?
The panel will explore successful national measures – such as Germany’s Indirect Cost Compensation scheme and Italy’s Energy Release 2.0 – that lower price risk, unlock long-term PPAs, and accelerate electrification. We’ll also discuss how this impacts the procurement markets in Italy and Germany overall.
