Application form for the European Responsible Care® Awards 2025

Criteria for Entries

To submit your project for the European Responsible Care Awards 2025, ensure it meets the following criteria:

1. Supporting Materials: Include photos, images, short videos, PowerPoint presentations, testimonials, etc., demonstrating the initiative’s benefits. Provide facts, figures, and details on how the project has been communicated to employees and stakeholders.
2. Sustainability and Circular Economy: Show long-lasting efforts and drive for continuous improvement towards a sustainable and circular economy.
3. Language: Entries must be in English.
4. Location: Applicants should be located in Europe.
5. Project Status: The project must have already started.
6. Description: Provide a clear description of the initiative, outlining its aim, objectives, and list of actions.
7. Public Information: Only provide information that can be made public in compliance with applicable law. All information will be verified before publication.
8. Marketing Material: Generic marketing material is not appropriate. Ensure the submission is factual, objective, and to the point.

Submission Process

1. Complete the Application Form: Fill out all required fields in the application form, including contact details, initiative information, project descriptions, and social media handles.
2. Attach Supporting Materials: Include any additional supporting materials such as photos, videos, presentations, and testimonials.
3. Email Submission: Send the completed form and supporting materials to RCAwards@cefic.be.
4. Deadline: Ensure your submission is sent by the closing date of 30 June 2025.
